This home was so charming, and the updated kitchen was perfection! I photographed this home just before Christmas - the fireplace and Christmas tree make this home look like it popped out of a Thomas Kinkade painting.
House don't have to be huge to photograph well - but this homeowner went above and beyond to stylishly stage their home. Clean paint. Great up-to-date furniture. Custom touches. What more could you want?!
I'll take any excuse to fly my drone. And this 12 acre property certainly was in need of drone photos and video! Unfortunately, I photographed it on the worst mosquito day of the year - I'd sacrifice myself for great images any day.
Usually, when selling a home, I see gray and beige walls. Nothing wrong with that. But this character home had the most charming detail with blue walls. Not every home could pull it off... but this worked.
Photographing commercial properties has become my new jam. Most commercial work wants as little "human" interaction as possible... A.K.A. no people in any images. It was great photographing this site because I was allowed a few people to be shown. I also took a few drone images of the surrounding properties to show traffic patterns and activity in the area.
This updated home was nestled in a North Appleton Subdivision - I honestly fell in love with the tall ceilings. And, I'm pretty sure the master bathroom is bigger than my bedroom. 10+ points for a Seinfeld poster in the basement!
